ASVILOC - "Integration Actions of the Agencies for the Local Economic Development for the Promotion of the Territory and the Adriatic Cross-Border Small and Medium Enterprises"

AsviLoc aims at creating and supporting the framework for the cooperation among the small and medium enterprises of the two Adriatic shores, strengthening the strategic role of the cross-border Agencies of the Local Economic Development by supporting innovation, cooperation and internationalization processes, company modernization and staff turnover. The project has the overall aim of supporting the expansion process of the socio-economic structure of the target areas, developing the capacity building of the Agencies for the Local Economic Development to encourage cross-border cooperation and integrating the small and medium enterprises and their syndicates.


The actions of the project will have their effects on the following target groups:.

  • direct beneficiaries - the Agencies for the Local Economic Development working at a local and regional level on the IAR and EAC territories; local public bodies in the Adriatic cross-border territory; Small and Medium enterprises working on the Adriatic territory
    indirect and potential beneficiaries - Trade associations, syndicates and chambers of commerce which work at a cross-border level to support the small and medium enterprises; public regional bodies responsible for development policies, cooperation and the neighborhood of the Adriatic Area, The operating structures supporting EA; the connecting network of the Agencies of the European Development and in general the residential population of the identified target area of the proposal.

    The lead partner of AsviLoc project is Sviluppo Marche SPA. The partners of the project are: Local Economic Development Agency in Shkodra (Teuleda - Albania), Local Economic Development Agency - Entrepreneurs' Centre of Vukovar-Srijem County (LEDA - Croatia), Foreign Investment Promotion Agency (FIPA - Bosnia and Herzegovina), Serbia Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA - Serbia), Consortium for Development of Polesine (CONSVIPO - Italy), Province of Isernia (Italy), Information and Documentation Centre for International Economic Cooperation (INFORMEST - Italy), Istrian Development Agency (IDA - Croatia) and Municipality of Apatin (Serbia)
