Foreign Trade Data
The overall foreign trade in the Republic of Serbia, for the period of January - December 2007 amounted to USD 27,175.3 million, which was a 38.6% increase, compared to the same period in 2006.
The value of export amounted to USD 8,824.9 million, which was a 37.3% increase when compared to the same period in 2006, while the value of imports amounted to USD 18,350.4 million, which was a 39.3% increase relative to the same period in 2006.
The deficit amounted to USD 9,525.5 million, which was an increase of 41.2% in relation to the same period in 2006.
The export - import ratio equaled 48.1% and was lower if compared to the same period in 2006 when it was 48.8%.
